Truve is a 7,100 square foot private training facility and wellness center, born out of the idea that health and fitness are not one-size-fits-all. Everyone has different needs, different wants, and different budgets; we wanted to create a space where both client and practitioner could feel at home.\\For the client, we provide personalized care to ensure that you reach all of your health and fitness goals; you can choose from personal training, Pilates, group fitness classes, acupuncture, chiropractic, spa services, nutrition guidance, massage, and/or physical therapy. For the practitioner, we support a space where you can run your business the way you want to, without being asked to conform or curb your creativity.\\Truve's name is inspired by Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, which illustrates that one's wingspan is the same as one's height, thus leaving the human body in perfect balance. You'll find that balance at Truve -- balance between home and work, strength and flexibility, relaxation and focus, and so much more. \\Unlike other gyms and training facilities, at Truve, you only pay for what you use. Memberships are available for group fitness classes, while all other services can be paid for a la carte. This allows you to customize your services according to your interests and budget.
