The MEP National Network is a unique public-private partnership that delivers comprehensive, proven solutions to U.S. manufacturers, fueling growth and advancing U.S. manufacturing.Catalyst Connection is a part of The Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center (IRC) Network. The IRC Network represents seven private, non-profit IRCs located strategically throughout the Commonwealth.
