BackTrack works with vulnerable young people between the ages of 12-25 years old. These young people face complex challenges that make it tough to engage in learning, training, employment and the wider community. BackTrack offers the holistic, flexible and long-term support they need to overcome these challenges and begin to thrive. We do this through:• Wrap-around well-being, accommodation and youth work support • Practical learning and skill development • Training and transitional employment pathways BackTrack guides young people through a deep, patient process that is free of judgement, meets them where they're at and helps them for as long as they need it.
