Georgia Aquatic Center is located in Watkinsville, Georgia and has been serving the community since 2007. We are located off the Watkinsville bypass (129 and 441); about fifteen minutes from the University of Georgia campus. We are the home to four pools including a heated indoor lap pool, outdoor slide pool, an outdoor "beachfront" pool, and an indoor heated lesson and therapy pool. We currently offer several different programs including, but not limited to, water aerobics, masters swimming, swim clubs, swim lessons, and more! All pools are salt water and for member-use only. Day passes are sold to non-members October-March ONLY. And in the event of inclement weather, outdoor pools are closed and all activities move indoors. Activities can resume outside after a time period of 30 minutes where there is no thunder or lightning, and heavy rains stop.
