The Healthy School Food Collaborative's mission is to reduce child and adult obesity by providing students, families and communities access to nutritious and affordable food sources; sustainable, healthy meal choices; and by promoting healthy lifestyles. Our goal is to change the way we eat and think about food while maintaining the culture of our communities. Executive Director, James A. Graham, and the staff at HSFC are experts in the formation of School Food Authorities and the management of Federal Child Nutrition Programs for school districts, charter and private schools. A licensed attorney, Mr. Graham is a contracting authority whose expertise ensures school food programs are operationally and financially established and managed.Services include: Child Nutrition Program Management and Consulting; School Food Authority Formation; Vendor RFP Management; Procurement; Contractual Reviews; Kitchen Facility and Equipment Management.
