Open Arms was founded in 2006 to serve our community of seniors and adults with chronic medical conditions who require ongoing monitoring and supervision. Adult Day Health Care, now known as Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) is a medical model of care through outpatient programs for seniors and adults.The primary objectives of the program are to: Provide relief for families with caregiving responsibilities. Promote highest level of functioning and independence. Delay or prevent need for institutional care. Monitor the health and well-being of all of its participants.
