Hook & Flask Still Works is a local grain to glass craft distillery and tasting room located in the  heart of downtown Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Being the first distillery open in Carlisle since  Prohibition, Hook & Flask Still Works blends the spirit of tradition and history with rugged refinement. Sample a variety of our quality craft spirits ranging from vodka and gin to  flavored moonshine and whiskey, or enjoy a specialty cocktail paired with some delightful  small bites from our seasonally-updated tasting menu. Our spirits are carefully crafted from  the finest locally-sourced grain and ingredients sure to spark your Pennsylvania pride. However, we feel our distillery's distinction is in our story - a story rooted in honor and  bravery. With our founders' brotherly bond first formed through their service together as  volunteer firemen, it was no question that firefighting would be the essence of the distillery's  brand. Hook & Flask Still Works has been thoughtfully designed as a tribute to all firefighters  and emergency service personnel who risk their lives for the safety of others.
