We personally faced an existential crisis of access to proper healthy food for regular consumption in our corporate lives. People do not have the option to select something to eat, simply because there exists none. We could here everyone complaining about the bad food in canteen, mess;indigestion, cholestrol, acidity, obesity, thyroid, lethargy are hence natural consequence. It was more alarming to observe that an increasing number of young office goers were suffering from such a sedentary lifestyle which is having a toll on their physical and mental health.
