Integrity has been serving our communities since June of 2000, facilitating independent living through assistance with daily living skills, in-home health needs, community integration, healthcare navigation, and respite care. We work closely with State and County Human Health departments, Managed Care Organizations, and consumers and their families to ensure quality care.
