A company specialized digital marketing, -Develop and implement creative and measurable social media campaigns, with user engagement and experience in mind -Develop and execute social media strategies for acquisition, content, promotion, engagement, and conversion; set clear objectives, report on results, and make recommendations for improvement -Generate, edit, publish, curate, and share daily content (original text, images, video, graphics) that builds relationships with community members and results in meaningful engagements -Manage and optimize paid media on Facebook and Twitter and generate insightful reports including opportunities for optimization -Increase brand awareness and grow our communities with a mix of organic and paid activities -Track and continually improve/optimize social activities, in collaboration with the analytics team -Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of the program -Escalate and resolve issues that could have positive or negative PR/legal impact -Attend and represent the brand at various marketing functions -Be prepared to mentor and develop a growing social media team
