MamMaJ(ism) is meant to be an artistic movement that pushes you to be the best version of yourself. MamMaJ is one (of my many) alter ego that I have where I am nurturing and loving toward my friends, also known as my babies. Every listener of the podcast instantly becomes one of "my babies" as each episode is meant for you to grow into yourself regardless of age. The (ism) is a movement of love and open conversations, I want my listeners to be open about who they are and who they wish to become. The basis of this podcast is meant as a form of self reflection while normalizing meditation. I think there are so many health benefits that derive from proper meditation so I try my best to bring a little bit of that to each episode with a guided meditation lead by me.
