Lambda specializes in solutions consultancy and we assist customer to design and build world class contact centers. Lambda also provides customer contact center audit services. Lambda will advise customers in leveraging on future customer contact center technology, to improve efficiency in both costs and operation. We are skilled in voice and network and have a pool of talents who are trained and certified in Aspect Software and Extreme Networks.
