The Angela Malik Cook School is based in Acton and all Angela's classes enable you to be very ‘hands on' and see how easy it is to cook a variety of tantalising authentic dishes with a modern approach. From Dim Sum to Thai to Indian to Japanese, you'll discover a world of tastes you have never even considered and create food that ‘sings in the mouth'. We all have five taste senses and Angela explains these and shares lots of fascinating techniques and facts about each region in every class as you cook. The school can accommodate group bookings for special events or to mark a milestone birthday, there really is something for everyone. Corporate bookings and team building events can also be arranged. Angela Malik also has a range of hand made artisan products, including the signature Indian and Thai pestos. These are all produced at the London Cook School and distributed through ten weekly food markets and independent delis in Central London.
