Nishat Dairy (Private) Limited ("the Company") was incorporated on 28 October 2011 as a private limited company in Pakistan and is a part of Nishat Group. Nishat group of companies is a premier business house of Pakistan. The group was founded by Mian Muhammad Yahya some sixty years ago. It is the major contributor towards Pakistani economy. The group has presence in all major sectors including Textiles, Cement, Banking, Insurance, Power Generation, Hotel Business, Agriculture, Dairy, Paper Products and aviation. It also has the distinction of being one of the largest players in each sector. Therefore, being a member of this group, Nishat Dairy (Private) Limited has many associates.The company was set up with the principle object of carrying out dairy business in Pakistan. The company has purchased 147 acres of land near Sukheki to set up the dairy operations for 2,500 milking animals. The major activities which the Company will carry on are as follows:- To produce, manufacture and deal in milk, milk products and dairy products in and outside Pakistan;- To establish dairy farms, dairy plants and collection centers for milk and milk products;- To perform packaging and marketing of milk, milk products and other dairy products.
