PL Consulting Group offers a wide range of consultation and expediting services to licensed plumbers, general contractors and real estate developers in New York City. Our professional team can assist you with the following among other related services:coordination to bring water and/or sewer into a building, guidance with DOB signoff, including permitting & inspections, coordination for boiler removal and/or boiler violations, coordination to file, revise or amend DOB or DEP plans, & coordination to bring gas mains into the building.Here's our story: In 2013, after close to a decade of experience with the DOB signoff process, we realized that many plumbers, general contractors and real estate developers in the community needed guidance with the red tape involved with obtaining plumbing signoff in the New York City DOB & DEP. We started a small consulting business in Brooklyn and proceeded to expertly guide one satisfied customer after another through the often frustrating and time-consuming plumbing & sprinkler signoff process. The fledgling business quickly earned a reputation in the community utilizing word of mouth advertising only. After listening to customer feedback, the business added another popular service; assisting clients with the entire paperwork process related to bringing water & sewer into a building, acting as a broker between the customer and watermain company. Over time additional related services were added. In 2016, realizing that it was unsustainable for us to run a one-man-show any longer, we decided to that the time was right to take the business to the next level. The first employee was hired to manage the water & sewer brokering department of the business. This was followed by a few more employees in 2017. PL Consulting Group now offers expert guidance & coordination services for many of your water, sewer & plumbing paperwork needs throughout the five boroughs.
