As Norwalk's Federally Qualified Health Center, our goal is to help all community residents share good health and quality of life. In a state-of-the-art medical facility on Connecticut Avenue, patients have access to comprehensive adult, pediatric and OB/GYN medical services. Special support services are also available such as mental health and case management services, and programs in health, nutrition, and finance. Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish and Creole. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
