These Trustees have established Sankar Foundation Eye Institute (SFEH), Registered No. 150/1997, Super Speciality, registered by Government of Andhra Pradesh, on 2nd June 1997 at Simhachalam, Visakhapatnam, in a 2-bed room rented building.
