We are Traverse City's newest Beachfront Hotel. The hotel was built during the winter of 2016/2017 and opened on June 17, 2017. A spectacular beachfront resort offering a private sugar sand beach on East Grand Traverse Bay. All rooms feature king size beds with microwave, mini fridge, single serve coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, free WIFi and 55" HDTVs, complimentary continental breakfast and the entire hotel and beach are no smoking. Guest laundry and fitness room is also available for guests who wish to stay on their workout schedule or get some laundry done while traveling on business or vacation. Room Types: 1st Floor Beachfront King with Spa: All rooms on our 1st floor walk right out to the beach from your patio and feature one King bed and a two person spa. (Up to 2 people)2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor Beachfront King with Sofa: Enjoy a private balcony with one King bed and a full size pillow top sleeper sofa. (Up to 4 people)2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor Beachfront Double King: This room has two King Beds for extra comfort as well as a private balcony. (Up to 4 people)2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor Beachfront Single King: This is our smallest room type in the hotel, but still offers a private balcony and has one single king bed. This is our most economical beachfront room type. (Up to 2 people)2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor Courtyard King with Spa: Our rooms that do not face the beachfront are all located on our upper floors and offer a King Bed with a two person spa.
