Founded more than 40 years ago, ACORD is one of the oldest and largest Pan-African organisations with work across East & Horn, Central, Southern and West Africa. ACORD supports active citizenship and more responsive institutions contributing to a peaceful, inclusive and prosperous Africa. Our grassroots level approach ensures that solutions are community owned and led, driving program efficacy and sustainability.
