Premium financing will be obtained from banks at a low rate. These funds will be placed into the investment vehicle of a COLI where we will obtain a higher rate of return. The difference between our borrowing rate and the amount we make in the policies will be our profit. This arbitrage is the engine that will be used to run the Key Man fund.
