MET Community (which stands for Women, Entrepreneurship and Technology) is an International Collaborative Platform present in Spain, the United States and Latin America. It is composed of outstanding professionals that wish to contribute to business development propelled by diversity, women entrepreneurship and social innovation. MET Community is an initiative to foster leadership skills and women entrepreneurship through: mentoring, hands-on training, networking, and communications activities. The methodology is based on a combination of activities that involve research, education, relationship management, and communication, which are enabled through mentoring and the use of technology. The key to the applied methodology is collaborative learning: activities are highly interactive and require close communication among collaborators, advisors, speakers, and participants. This interactive mode takes place both nationally, as well as, internationally between Spain, the U.S. and Latin America.
