Marietta Athletic Club (MAC) was formed in 2011 as a 501-C (3) non-profit corporation by a group of dedicated men and women who saw the opportunity to create an independent youth Lacrosse club in Marietta, Georgia. Prior to the Formation of Marietta Athletic Club there were schools and players in the area who wanted to play lacrosse in a competitive environment, but did not have an avenue to play. Our aim is to promote the game of Lacrosse through a competitive environment, experienced coaching and commitment to the game.Our Mission:"Create a fun, competitive environment that enables us to teach life lessons through the sport of lacrosse."We will always emphasize hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork, honor, character development and doing the right thing over "Just Winning at all costs", we feel that if we focus on imparting those important life skills to our athletes, winning will take care of itself.
