The Partners met whilst working at Sydney Opera House (SOH) at the Executive level, and were responsible for the transformation of the breadth, quality and commercial return from the SOH visitor experience. Our passion, and an area of specialisation, is working with cultural organisations, tourist destinations, precincts and attractions to identify opportunities that elevate the visitor experience, increase visitation, and maximise commercial engagement to create realisable and sustainable revenue streams (increasingly to fill funding gaps).With combined business experience developed from board level appointments gained across many industries, we provide guidance in developing and executing strategies to overcome business challenges and realise opportunities for growth.
