Noront is a Canadian mining company leading development in the emerging multi-metals Ring of Fire region, which is located 500 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay. Our acquisitions of Cliffs Natural Resources' world-class chromite properties and MacDonald Mines gave us ownership or controlling interest in all the major discoveries in the region. Our first project is Eagle's Nest, a 100%-owned, nickel, copper and platinum group element (PGE) deposit. It is the largest high-grade nickel discovery in Canada since Voisey's Bay and the most advanced project in the Ring of Fire.
