He has a diverse background in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product and Project Management as well as having learned to strive for the best possible outcome in adverse situations and doing whatever is possible, making "life and death" decisions in critical situations as a volunteer EMT/Paramedic. Marcel has always been called into leadership positions with coaching, mentoring and training those around him, throughout his personal and business life.Outside of the coaching business, Marcel is also serving as the COO of TEDxCalgary and as member of the Steering Committee for Basic Income Calgary.Our Core Values:Are our deeply ingrained principles, philosophies, and beliefs that drive our coaching and business.
