The Source is a new independent Zimbabwean business and financial news agency that seeks to provide real-time, accurate and informed news and analysis on an online platform. Its mission is to be a credible, independent agency facilitating the free-flow of financial information within Zimbabwe as well as to those outside the country but who may be considering future investment in the country.Founded with the technical co-operation of the Thomson Reuters Foundation and the European Journalism Centre, The Source is run by Zimbabweans, serves Zimbabwean media and financial organisations, as well as the generality of the population, while providing trusted information that will also be of value to potential investors – local and foreign.Available data has shown that our reach extends to North America, Europe and South Africa, regions which have a considerable number of Zimbabweans living and working there.
