Meals on Wheels provides 800 hot, nutritious meals daily to older adults in Rockland County, many of whom are homebound and receive delivery straight to their door. We currently operate two senior activity centers that are open 5 days a week and run a full calendar of activities, trips, entertainers and exercise programs. A full hot meal is provided daily and door to door transportation is available to anyone in the county. We operate an adult learning center that offers classes in computers and other technology free of charge. The agency accomplishes all of this with the help of 76 employees and a network of over 500 volunteers throughout Rockland County, NY.
