More than 60 years after the publication of our first title, Globe Pequot Press is a mid-sized publisher and distributor with deep roots in major category publishing. Skirt! focuses on issues for women: relationships, parenting, prescriptive self-help, memoirs. GPP is the North American distributor for two sister companies—Footprint Travel Guides and PopOut Map Product. We publish equestrian titles under the Western Horseman imprint. We employ a full-time staff of approximately 100 personnel who publish, produce, market, and distribute a list of approximately 400 GPP and 300 distribution titles each year. Our corporate offices are in Guilford, Connecticut, and our 75,000-sq-ft distribution facility is located in Springfield, Tennessee.
