We solve your high viscosity products filling requirements.If you need to fill a high viscosity fluid product, we are your partner.Founded in 1973 by Renato Nannini – who is no longer active in the management of this company – "Nannini Renato Machinery S.r.l." is a dynamic business run by young entrepreneurs who acquired their skills by responding to the needs of their customers step by step.Thanks to its internal designers team, the company can constantly develop innovative solutions.Since its foundation, the firm's activity has stood out for assembling and designing packaging machines for high viscosity products (e.g. sealants like silicone) in standard 310 mL capacity cartridges.Over the years the company has then designed and developed packaging machines for all sorts of cartridges, from 50 to 100 mL capacity, plastic, aluminium, cardboard-aluminium cartridges in addition to machines to fill cans, 20 L pails or 200 L drums with a special focus on high and very high viscosity products.The machine range has progressively widened to include complete packaging lines, running from the extrusion from drums or tanks of any capacity to products' colouring and/or in-line catalysing up to end-of-line automatic units to apply nozzles and box cartridges.At present the company can boast around 40 catalogued machines, as well as some customized units specifically designed for special requirements as unique machines or in very few copies."Nannini Renato Machinery S.r.l." can indeed design and manufacture non-standard machines by analysing every single production need in the best way.
