Carbon are experts in arranging property funding for both private and commercial clients.With over 40 years combined experience amongst our Principals, we have built a respected and resilient business in perhaps the most turbulent time in the property and finance worlds. We take pride in the breadth of our offering, truly servicing the entire property finance spectrum. There are many firms who have a strong mortgage offering, an expert commercial lending proposition or the ability to deploy their own equity. There are very few that have all 3 elements that are genuinely active and deep rooted elements of their business.Each segment of our business supports the other in terms of knowledge, expertise and opportunities that our clients benefit from. It is commonplace for two departments of our Company to put their combined knowledge to work to service a client whose requirements straddle different elements.Pivotal to our proposition is both service and integrity. Our customer service principles are top of our list of priorities and we work hard to ensure that is demonstrated by all of our employees. Where appropriate we talk with clients outside of working hours and go above and beyond to ensure they are kept abreast of progress with their situation and momentum is maintained. Integrity is essential to both exist but also be perceived to exist. Geographically, we can advise clients based anywhere. Our administrative base is in Weybridge, Surrey but we are equally active across the Home Counties with an office in Cambridge. Oxfordshire also benefits from one of our Principals residing there and we have an active interest in further growing our established presence across the county and region.
