Since our founding in 2005, Coastal Kids Home Care has worked to improve the quality of life for children coping with injury, short-term illness, chronic conditions, developmental delays, and those facing the end-of-life. Our professional staff is dedicated to the provision of in-home pediatric medical care, therapies to ensure comfort, and social services to assist the entire family. Services are available to any medically fragile child living in Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara Counties. Coastal Kids is distinguished by two major components--we are the only provider of end-of-life care for children in Monterey and San Benito Counties and the majority of the agency's patients—75 percent—are from families living at or below the poverty line.
