MLL is a mindfulness and motivational workshop. The workshop helps people work through the challenges we face as humans. Loss, stress and fear impacts all our lives, changes our perspective, and brings about questions that confront the very meaning of our existence. Perhaps the most difficult and often painful emotions we all face is during the death of a loved one, but grief and anger can also be a significant element of divorce, addiction, job loss, losing a relationship, a pet dying, and more. The MLL workshop provides a safe and supportive environment to explore ourselves and gain greater insight into what is blocking our happiness. The workshop helps you to identify and release the thoughts, pain and behavior that leads to grief, anger, stress and guilt. This workshop can inspire profound shifts when we approach our lives with compassion, acceptance and the possibility of change, thus opening our life to greater joy and happiness.
