In April 2015 we took over the lettings of Beam Estate Agents in Skegness whom we have worked alongside with since 2008.As part of our development to provide our clients with the very best options and opportunities, in 2014 we took the step to partner with Network Auctions. A London based auction house which gives the opportunity to market and sell properties at the regular London auctions to both national and international buyers and investors thereby allowing our properties to reach a larger market and ultimately to achieve the optimal sale price.We are a member firm of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) and have professionally qualified staff of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents), ICBA (Institute of Commercial Business Agents), NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme for Sales and Lettings.
