We do not require long term contracts or heavy shift commitments.All our care providers are licensed and insured, and must go through rigorous background screening. In addition, regular in-house training is a requirement. Our agencies feel that good communication between staff, care coordinators, and clients makes for a comfortable working arrangement.We have a registered nurse on staff to oversee all care plans and training, and our nursing director is always available for consultation and assessments on our client's behalf.
