No one could believe that this mouth-watering dessert was eggless. Soon, hordes of people started asking her for the recipe. They tried making the cake themselves, but it just wasn't the same!My friends would travel hundreds of kilometres just to enjoy a slice of the cheesecake. Yet, whenever they suggested selling it, it felt too cumbersome. But then, being a part of the Research and Development team of our cheese company, I had an idea: a ready-to-bake cheesecake mix!True to my mum's cooking, the cheesecake mix has become a staple in households.
