Sweet Pastries With Passion is one of the best know wholesale pastry suppliers in the Sydney CBD and Portuguese community. The bakery has been trading since 1990 founded by Owner Luis Santos, who famously brought the Portuguese tart recipe to Australia and melted the mouths of many. At the age of 13 Luis Santos started his dream, working in a small café in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. In 1988 he immigrated to Australia and soon after started his own little business called Honeymoon Patisserie. Honeymoon became overwhelmed with customer orders and wholesale inquires, which then led Luis Santos to sell his Patisserie and move to a bigger venue as the kitchen was way to small for the demanded quantities required. The business has now grown from a small café in Petersham to a Wholesale bakery supplying; wholesalers, cafes, restaurants, and catering industries all around Sydney. Providing Fresh, handmade quality European products, delivered daily through out Sydney.
