Similar services have been launched so far only in mature markets, such as Japan, Great Britain, Italy, Austria. SEP Buglaria is a national operator of electronic services system. SEP Bulgaria has been licensed: • payment system operator for transactions by means of Electronic Payment Instruments (EPI) by the Bulgarian National Bank since 2007 • qualified signature provider by the Communications Regulation Commission since 2008 SEP Bulgaria has attracted more than 5 million euro from leading Bulgarian investors.
