A fast expanding gelateria and latteria based in Niagara on the Lake, Canada, which imports an organic gelato base from Milan, Italy, and provides a product that is up to 85% organic, using domestic organic products. Its prices though are virtually similar to its competitors. Its store is designed and built in Perrugia, Italy, and comes over by ship to be assembled in Canada. This is all part of its expansion chain. It opened in June 2013, and within three months had been voted the No. 1 food outlet in Niagara on the Lake. Currently, it is in the process of expanding elsewhere in Niagara Region and is making plans for a Greater Toronto Area expansion. The business is family owned and run, with four partners, two in Florence, Italy, and two in Canada.
