he Mille Lacs County Attorney serves as legal counsel to the Mille Lacs County Board and county departments, as well as serving as the chief law enforcement official for Mille Lacs County.The County Attorney's Office handles civil matters such as tax appeals, real estate purchases, and probate matters, as well as child protection, child support, paternity, and civil forfeiture actions.
