Too often, people are promoted into positions of leadership based on functional skills and industry knowledge but lack development around key components of leadership. Through their work with leaders and as leaders, they have gained insight into the positive impact of emotionally intelligent and agile leaders. They decided to create a solution -- High Impact Leadership Project -- developed with the intention of connecting and developing individuals committed to building their leadership prowess to strengthen workplaces and communities.In order to ensure that there is shared learning from various perspectives interested individuals will apply and be selected with the strategic intent of developing a knowledge-diverse cohort.
