As a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization NTI has been placing Americans with Disabilities in work-at-home jobs since 1995. Today, NTI has three divisions. Each of these divisions works with Americans with Disabilities to find sustainable employment. We specialize in training and placing individuals with disabilities in both virtual and on-site jobs. • NTI@Home – Works to place Americans with disabilities in work-at-home jobs. NTI@Home delivers consulting, outsourcing and staffing services for companies interested in deploying or extending their virtual contact center or medical transcription environments. NTI@Home provides free virtual training through NTI University to prepare candidates for their work-at-home jobs. • LandAjob - Provides a large database of potential job opportunities that can be searched and filtered by location, job titles, job skills, or Federal and non-Federal contractors. A working candidate can take part in Work Support Payment reimbursements up to $9,000 for work-related expenses. • The Staffing Connection - Partnering with major staffing agencies, Federal contractors and Fortune 500 companies, The Staffing Connection provides placements for Americans with disabilities in onsite and virtual positions.
