SEP Bulgaria has been licensed: • payment system operator for transactions by means of Electronic Payment Instruments (EPI) by the Bulgarian National Bank since 2007 • qualified signature provider by the Communications Regulation Commission since 2008 SEP Bulgaria has attracted more than 5 million euro from leading Bulgarian investors.
