Louis Bratton, who is among the 3 percent of Texas lawyers who are Board-Certified in personal injury law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. This distinction is the highest level of credentialing available in the personal injury field. Mr. Bratton also played a role in editing the Board Certification Specialization Test. His grasp of accident law extends far beyond that of many other lawyers.Our firm charges a 33 1/3% contingency fee whether we file a suit or not, plus litigation expenses.
