Our specific services include project conceptual planning, estimating, value engineering, coordination with design and engineering teams, as well as subcontractor bidding, selection and contracting. Owner contracting methods include lump sum General Contracting, Construction Management (CM) for fee, CM for fee with a guaranteed maximum price, and cost-of-work-plus-fee. Our project managers and superintendents carry experience with multiple types of projects and delivery methods while offering a collaborative approach to client and project team relationship management.
