Izvornu namirnicu, ili klasičnu formu jela, prilagođavamo savremenim potrebama čoveka da istražuje ukuse i stilove hrane i pića.We believe that time and origin are the main ingredients of good taste, and for that reason the ingredients we work with originate from the original Italian tradition, and even Italian chefs, who have influenced this tradition. We have adapted original ingredients and usual food forms to the modern human need for exploring new tastes and styles of food and drinks.
