La Chaparrita Stories has been created to document, narrate and communicate projects, causes, campaigns, events, moments, places or any circumstance that would be a mistake to leave untold. Along with a video camera, a pen, narrating abilities and knowledge in pre and post audiovisual production, I offer my services to document and tell stories.I become the means for anyone that has something to say. I am interested in documenting people or any human group for that matter who, through their own words, look for the ideal way to express their version of their story. As a documentary-maker, I promote a respect for sounds and images that show whatever leads our life to shake or on the contrary, anything that shut us down. I look forward to register whatever encourage us to keep walking; what we are interested in or what we just simply cannot stand; whatever we catalogue as extraordinary or on the contrary perceive as hideous or monotonous; whatever we are fighting to conserve or whatever we are looking to liberate ourselves from.I am amazed by the diversity of how human beings feel and express life; still we keep crossing paths with each other, continuously relying our existence in something or someone else. At the end of the day, I believe nature draws all beings, not only humans, as a part of a same unit, yet expressed through an infinite spectrum of possibilities.
