This means we take care of all financial and legal requirements such as witholdings, payroll tax, unemployment tax, social security tax and others. This also means we handle their training and supervision such as scheduling difficulties, shift cancellations, vacations and arranging for substitutes. Affinia Caregivers are fully insured, bonded and covered by Worker's Compensation insurance for our client's protection and peace-of-mind.
