His passion for watches, minimalistic designs and one crucial question gave him the impetus for this desire: Why is good design for wristwatches, mainly in Bauhaus design, no longer affordable for everyone today? This question led to the first milestone for Sternglas.Our mission is to create timepieces that meet the highest quality standards. Timeless designs that survive trends and a workmanship that survives (almost) everything. Our focus is on the essentials, without overlooking the details – coupled with the claim to create watches that are affordable for everyone – in keeping with the Bauhaus philosophy itself.
