We have over 20 qualified technicians Australia wide and NZ. Our Service team, Administration team, Accounts Team, Sales Team and Senior Management are based at AAT Head Office in Sydney. Our teams meet regularly and are closely networked with the focus on service efficiency and providing the best possible service for you.All work carried out by AAT is accompanied by an easily deciphered report and corresponding report - Each item listed on the report has an Asset ID allocated to it which is identical to the Asset ID on the tag. - With a brief view you can ascertain that whatever work is indicated on the report has been carried out at your site. Our auto-scheduling program will ensure that equipment is re-tested by the due date. We contact you to arrange a suitable time for our tech to visit. All reports, invoicing and servicing requisitions for local and National sites are managed through our Sydney office. This method ensures you have one point of contact for all liaising and correspondence. We take all of the hard work and worry away from you so you can carry on with other work knowing that side of things are taken care of.
