It was in my teen years that I made a decision that forever changed the course of my life. After noticing the vast number of people who were plagued with discontent and discouragement, I set out on a quest to learn all I could to help others achieve a happier more meaningful life. Today, after more than 10 years of formal education, I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have over 12 years of experience in Private Practice specializing in Relationship Dynamics, Couples Therapy and focusing on helping over-givers replace their most self-limiting fears with vibrant, flourishing, healthy confidence.Now, my greatest passion lies in alternative healing modalities that integrate the mind-body connection producing swift and lasting transformational changes. I merge my education and experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), study of Yoga Therapy, and drumming to bring together a wealth of healing modalities to synchronize the mind, body and spirit. Through this, I have found an inspired method to unlock solutions to the most limiting syndromes of unhealthy confidence.My newest transformational program ~ FIND YOUR FLOURISH ~ offers an inspired plan with specific tools to find out how great life can be for you and for others when you own your own happiness and step into true confidence.A little bit about how I work… I work with clients in my office in Sherman Oaks, and also with clients all over the world, via Skype and/or phone.
